Hi, I'm Yesenia.

Since 2013, I've been guiding clients through practices that blend yoga, breathwork, strength training, and mindful movement. My work is shaped by a background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and functional fitness, with a deep focus on mobility, nervous system support, and sustainable strength.
