Personal trainer. Yoga teacher. Breathwork guide. Founder of a virtual-first practice for the kind of people who don't have an hour to lose to a commute.
Since 2013, I've been guiding clients through practices that blend yoga, breathwork, strength training, and mindful movement.
My work is shaped by a background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and functional fitness, combined with a deep focus on mobility, nervous system support, and sustainable strength. Each session is designed to feel grounding, empowering, and restorative — supporting both how you move and how you feel.
I'm driven by a desire to share this work in a way that helps people reconnect with their bodies and build practices that support long-term wellness, resilience, and balance. Through movement, breath, and intentional training, I create experiences that cultivate both physical strength and mental clarity.
"Lila" is a Sanskrit word for divine play. That's what this work is — at its best.
Programs designed around your schedule, your space, and the equipment you actually have. No guilt sessions, no two-hour blocks you can't protect.
Whether you're rebuilding after an injury or training for something new, the work starts where you are — not where someone else thinks you should be.
Strength, breath, yoga, mobility, and cardio boxing aren't separate practices. They work together — one supports the next.
Continuous study is part of the practice. Below are the certifications that shape how I teach today.

Through community initiatives and partnerships, this work is rooted in creating spaces where confidence is built, voices are empowered, and individuals feel stronger—together. From youth programs to wellness education, the impact is felt far beyond the session itself.
