What size teams do you work with?

Programs are designed for groups of about 2–150 people. Sessions can be adapted for smaller private teams, larger workshops, or ongoing wellness series.

What platforms do you support?

Google Meet is the default. I can also work with Microsoft Teams or Zoom by request.

Do employees need equipment?

Most classes are zero-equipment. Strength and cardio boxing sessions adapt to bodyweight-only so anyone can join from anywhere.

How do you handle different time zones?

We offer multiple session times within a series, or live + recorded replays so everyone gets access without scheduling friction.

How is this priced?

Pricing depends on format, frequency, team size, and whether sessions are virtual or in-person. You'll get a clear, all-in proposal after the discovery call.
