Weekly check-ins

A short async check-in every week so I can adjust your program based on how you're actually feeling.

Voice + text support

Voice notes and text access between sessions for questions, form checks, and in-between moments.

Monthly recalibration

A 30-minute call each month to zoom out: what's working, what isn't, what shifts next.

How is this different from your other services?

Virtual Coaching is the deepest engagement I offer — an ongoing, personalized container that blends everything I teach into one weekly practice. Other services are great as standalone sessions or short-term packages; coaching is a long-term relationship.

What if I'm not consistent?

Most of my clients don't come in "consistent" — they come in wanting to be. The structure is built to meet you on inconsistent days, not punish you for them.

Do I have to do all five modalities?

No. Programs are tailored. Some clients are 80% strength + mobility. Others lean heavily into yoga and breath. We'll design what fits.

Can I pause if I travel?

Yes. Programs are designed to travel — every session can be modified for a hotel room. If you need a true pause, we can build in flex weeks.

What's the minimum commitment?

Coaching starts with a 3-month foundation — long enough to establish the practice and see real shifts. After that, most clients stay with me ongoing. This isn't a program with a fixed end date; it's a long-term relationship.
